Jon Oestreich

Jon’s practice focuses on private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, and shareholder activism. Jon started his career at an international law firm and spent a decade as an executive in the Corporate Finance and M&A line-of-business of a global investment bank where he originated and executed several billions of dollars in transactions as a banker and served as legal counsel for the line-of-business.
